How we work
1. Discovery
We start with a proper conversation — not a sales pitch. We want to understand your business, your customers, and what you need the website to do. Most clients find this call useful even if they do not go ahead with us.
2. Brief and proposal
We write up exactly what we are building, how many pages, what is included, and what it costs. Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts.
3. Design
We design the key pages in full before touching any code. You see what you are getting, give feedback, and sign off before we build.
4. Build and test
We build the site on a staging environment, test on all major devices and browsers, and check every link before you see it.
5. Launch and handover
We launch the site, connect Google Analytics, submit it to Google Search Console, and walk you through how to manage your own content.

So, I had absolutely no visual idea as to where to start for my website - but I knew it was time to get it done with a quality website designer.
